Mô tả công việc:
***Role:
- Our customer is the leading provider of business information, analytics and outsourcing services, with more than ten thousand employees worldwide;
- Through our customer internal system, the programmer makes different analysis by querying and manipulating various and complex data. The programmer will be able also to optimize the project work by developing advanced queries in Access and SQL, improving the project actual process.

***Main responsibilities:
- Analyze real estate information to produce proprietary data for our client. Research data issues, analyze files and existing processes or programs, test data using database applications and review quality control reports;
- Design, develop and test programming code (in Visual basic, SQL and Access) to optimize the data processing after understanding in depth the production process:
- Manipulate files (create/open/close); capture and modify strings of text (concatenate, trim, compare...) through coding;
- Use database development tools, application and data analysis techniques to prepare data for input into production;
- Analyze, evaluate and/or manipulate a majority of input and data content extracted from SQL/Access database to ensure quality and compliance before going to next production level;
Independently evaluates and documents results using reports and tools to ensure data quality;
Implement process/procedures within areas of expertise to ensure that processes are efficient and leadtime standards are met;
- Provides appropriate analysis, follow up, notification and solutions to managers related to abnormal job termination and resolution.

**Working hours:
- 8:00 AM - 17:00 PM (or based on business needs).
Kỹ năng công việc:
- 2 years experience in data analysis,data manipulation, SQL and Access. Good VISUAL BASIC, SQL, - - Access skills are mandatory;
- English proficient in speaking, reading, and writing;
- Understanding of data manipulation with flat files along with processing techniques and concepts. - --- Include an understanding of flow charting, file layouts, documentation and in-depth data analysis;
- Familiar with programming concepts and methodology;
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications;
- Good analysis skills;
- Associates degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Team worker (ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative);
- Critical spirit, innovative, creativity (ask questions, propose solution, optimization);
- Ability to analyse and think logically;
- Strong communication skill;
- Quality awareness;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
- US real estate knowledge background is a plus.
